Account & orders

Do I need to create an account to place an order online?

No, you don’t need a AYMAS account to complete your purchase. You can easily check out as a guest for a quicker transaction.

Am I able to modify my order after it has been placed?

Once your payment is completed, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes to your order, as we begin processing it immediately. If you’d like to add more products, we recommend placing a new order.


Thinking about canceling? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. That said, feel free to email us, and we’ll gladly check if it’s still possible to make any changes to your order.

I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?

Start by checking your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation email might have ended up there.
If you still can’t find it, email us at info@aymas.nl using the address you provided when placing your order. We’ll investigate and ensure you receive your order confirmation.

The item I received is damaged. What should I do next?

We’re sorry to hear that your item may have been damaged during shipping. You can return it to us free of charge. To initiate the return, simply email us at info@aymas.nl


Please attach a clear photo of the damage so we can assist you further. If you would like a replacement, let us know in your message, and we’ll arrange it for you. If you have any difficulties, feel free to reach out to us at info@aymas.nl for help.

Shipping

Is it possible to change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order is still being processed and hasn’t been shipped yet, you can change the delivery address by contacting us at info@aymas.nl


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address you provided.
Please use this information to pick up the package promptly upon delivery or to change the delivery address to a designated pick-up point.

Is it possible to track my order using Track & Trace?

Yes, once we transfer your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code. You can use this code to monitor your package’s status and estimated delivery time.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

The delivery period is a maximum of 5 working days, unless otherwise indicated. We always strive to deliver your order within 2 working days. We ship from Monday to Friday; no packages are sent on weekends. During new collection launches or holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.

My order was supposed to be delivered, but I haven’t received it. What steps should I take?

If the tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service immediately via email at info@aymas.nl

How do I return?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must comply with our return policy conditions.

What is your return policy?

Please note that returned items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed cannot be accepted for return.


Return processing takes up to 10 days, and please note that refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is the return window for my item?

Our return policy allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I return items bought with a discount code or on sale?

Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale cannot be returned.

Can I exchange my item for another?

We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange an item. If the item is in stock, we are happy to facilitate the exchange. Please contact us at info@aymas.nl to arrange it.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

If you receive a defective item, please report it immediately upon receipt, within 24 hours, by sending an email to info@aymas.nl. Reports made after 24 hours of receipt will unfortunately not be accepted.

UK Returns

For returns from the UK, please contact our customer service via email at info@aymas.nl. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking information as proof of return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Product & Sizes

The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

Some of our products are in high demand and often sell out quickly. To stay informed, enter your email address on the product page. You’ll be automatically notified when the item is restocked, giving you priority to place an order.
