Returning a product is always possible. If you wish to request a return or exchange, please consider the following:

You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel.
Please use the return form available here: RETURN FORM.
(Note: the return address mentioned in the document is no longer valid. Please use the address above.)
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
All goods must be returned clean, unworn, and in their original condition (including labels and packaging).
Please return the items using the original shipping box or another sturdy box to ensure we receive the goods in optimal condition.
Damaged and/or used items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Always keep your track & trace code — without it, no investigation can be started on missing returns, and a refund cannot be guaranteed.
We aim to process returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days.
After processing, it may take up to 10 additional calendar days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Any returns that do not comply with these guidelines may be refused at the discretion of AYMAS.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returned items must be declared as "Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise" on the customs declaration.
This must be clearly written on the packaging and in the declaration form.
Returned parcels without this declaration may not be successfully delivered and could incur additional fees.

INCORRECT ORDER

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Please note that scarf sizes may vary by color and type.
A variation of up to 5 cm in width and length is considered normal.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

CLAUSE 5 - PRICE AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice and shall not be liable for any changes.

CLAUSE 6 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES (Detailed)

At AYMAS, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Conditions:

Return Period: 14 calendar days from the date of parcel receipt.
Return Form: Start the return process using the return label at aymas.returnless.com. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Condition of Goods: Goods must be clean and unworn, preferably returned in the original or another sturdy box.
Original Packaging: Returns must include original labels and packaging. Damaged or used items will be refused.
Proof of Shipment: A valid track & trace code is mandatory for refunds.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 14 calendar days. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days depending on your bank.
Refund: Refunds will be initiated within 14 calendar days after receipt and approval of returned items.
Returns not complying with these terms may be refused at AYMAS’s discretion.

CLAUSE 7 - UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

7.1 If AYMAS is hindered by unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Agreement.

7.2 Unforeseen circumstances include (but are not limited to): strikes, supply chain issues, transportation disruptions, fire, floods, war, legislative changes, or supplier problems.

7.3 In case of suspension, the contractor must extend any guarantees for up to 30 days beyond the new execution period.

7.4 If the suspension lasts more than six months, the Client may dissolve the Agreement in writing.

7.5 AYMAS will notify the Client immediately about any unforeseen circumstances.

7.6 Clients cannot claim damages due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.7 Services already performed prior to the suspension will be billed accordingly.

7.8 AYMAS reserves the right to invoke unforeseen circumstances even after starting the Agreement’s execution.
